Suzuki Strings Lessons in Boulder and Beyond
We teach violin, viola and cello lessons to students ages 3* to 18, using the well respected Suzuki Method. Our 12 highly-skilled, professional teachers offer private lessons in various locations throughout Boulder, Broomfield, Louisville, Superior and the surrounding area so it’s easy to find lessons near you.
Private Lessons & Group Classes
Students begin their music education with weekly individual lessons and twice monthly group lessons. Our students perform in a variety of concerts throughout the year including two solo recitals, a formal group concert and performances throughout the community including festival performances, Halloween and other holiday concerts.
Annual Winter Workshop with Guest Teachers
In addition, students attend a special Winter Workshop each year where they continue to develop their skills as musicians and performers with special guest teachers.

Private Violin, Viola and Cello Lessons
Boulder Suzuki Strings students meet weekly with their private teacher to develop a strong foundation of technique on the violin, viola or cello by progressing through the Suzuki method books and supplemental repertoire in a nurturing environment tailored to the student’s individual needs.
Group Strings Classes
All Boulder Suzuki Strings students participate in twice-monthly group classes which help develop ensemble skills, reinforce technique, provide performance opportunities, create a community of support, and offer a fun learning environment. Boulder Suzuki Strings offers group classes that focus on Suzuki repertoire as well as a variety of enrichment classes such as beginning orchestra, chamber music, fiddle, advanced repertoire and touring ensemble.
